I got 12th place in regions last year.  This year I got 3rd place and was the first PV girl.  I got "B" standard laces for Michigans!! :)

AM- Easy 3 and plyos

PM- This workout was the best one I've had for like a month!  I hit my time for every one, except for 2.  But I was only 3 seconds off, so not bad!  I had eight 400's.  My time I was supposed to hit was 1:27 or 1:28, I got 1:27 on most of them, so pretty consistent!  I hit 1:28 on prolly 2 or 3 of them, and 1:31 for 2 of them.  I actually hit my times!  I'm so excited!  I'm so ready to qualify for BYU!  I know I can do it!  I just need to be mentally strong, cuz I am ready physically!
