AM- I have got to think positive!!  The whole time during the Michigan, I was thinking to not push hard, so my legs would stop hurting and not tighten up again.  I should have kept up with Taylor and Nicole.  I think my last years Michigan was faster.... unless the times were wrong last year.  I hope I'm not slowing down, cuz I want to keep my 4th varisty spot.  My time was about 33 something...  I know I could have pushed way harder than I did.

PM- I decided to run with Alyssa and Taylor for this 3 mile run.  It is supa' HOT!  And guess what?  I landed on my ankle weird... again!!!  Why do I do this to myself?!  So I limped all the way back to the school.  But It will get better. hopefully... :)  400's were quite toasty on the track.  Weights and plyos were super fun. :P

Liz, make it your goal not to finish a workout or race saying, "I know I could have pushed way harder than I did."

Alright... Maybe I will push supa' hard every race, so I don't have to say that. :)
