This workout was hard, but I did it!!!  I kept up with Varsity!  I felt good on this run.  It felt like I had a good strong pace through out the whole workout.  It was awesome!  I stretched with Little Taylor Boyer after, that hurt so good.  I should prolly ice and stretch some more today.

What the?!  3 miles?!  That's the greatest ever!  Felt super great!  The weather is a little warmer today, so the afternoon run should be fun.  Striders were fantastic. 

PM- I took this 3 nice and easy with Little Taylor Boyer.  It is SO hot!  The other girls that were in front of us stopped at Arctic Circle, but Taylor and I decided not to stop.  So we made it back before the other girls.  That made me feel great.  Weights were a blast.

Today's run was super hard!  I did pretty good on the 30 second ones, but when we started to do the minute ones, I started too fall behind.  I have got to think more positive!  My best minute one was the last one, because I kept up with Rachel for most of it.  She is a really good pacer for hills. (except when goes and kills it :D)  The laps on the grass were good, I kept up with Varsity.  Yeah!!! Tomorrow is a super easy run!  Hopefully that helps me, since this whole week was super hard....

It turned out that Taylor couldn't run with me this morning....  So I ran by myself.  It was nice, I hope that next week won't be as tiring as this week.  This week's workouts were super hard, except for today.  I took it easy, this 3 miles took me 34 minutes.  I love running!

I felt so much better than last week, but I was still was super beat up from this run.  I was able to keep a steady tempo pace.  I ran tempo with Nicole.  We stopped at got a little drink at the Fire Station.

PM- Super nice... I ran with Kaelie!  For the first time in a month!  It was awesome.  She paced me really good, because she kept up with the Varsity girls, and I wanted to run with her, so I unded up running with the Varsity girls too.  Weights were great!  I can't wait for the race on Wednesday.

I felt good on this run.  I kept up with Varsity the whole time!  I felt way better than yesterday, in fact Coach told me that I ran the dirt mile faster than my tempo yesterday.  Even though I was supposed to go faster on tempo, but hey, I didn't run 4 miles before running on the dirt mile.

PM-  Kaelie and I met up at the school at 3 and run to Arctic Circle and back.  It's hot!  I can't see how we are going to do workouts in that heat!

I ran with Kaelie, Nicole, Megan, and Coach.  It was super nice and easy.  I felt pretty good on this run. 

PM-  Nice first race.  I felt strong.  I just got to get back into the groove of racing.  But hey, I think it was good for "not a big deal" race.  I think that this is my PR or atleast close to it.

I felt beat up from the race yesterday.  But we did the workout!  I feel good about our pace and stuff.  We all pushed eachother on all the hills.  My 30 second ones were way better than my 1 minute ones.  I think it's just all mental....  I got to think positive on the minute hills.  We stopped for a drink/potty break while coming back from hills.  After our run, we all got into Megan's car and drove to the Washington Rec Center.  That was a blast.

PM-  I felt really good on today's afternoon run.  I loved the weather, it was perfect!  That meeting thing at the Running Center was super fun!  I learned a lot of important things for races!  The pizza was great too :).

I felt super great on this run!  The sun decided to be shy and hide behind some clouds, so the weather was super nice!  On the way to the half way point, I ran with Sally, Sarah, and Preston.  And on the way back, I ran with the same people plus Coach and Nicole.  It was a nice run.

Megan, Nicole, Alyssa, and I met up at the park by Fossil Ridge at 7 this morning.  It was a super nice run. We took it supah' easy.  I say the highlight of this run was running on a bridge, that was cool.

I felt good on the way out, but on the way back, I started to feel really tired/thirsty.  I ran with Kaelie on the way to the halfway point, and on the way back I ran with Megan and Taylor.  We stopped at the park to get a drink and to go to the bathroom.  I decided to stay at the school until 10 to get my locker.  That was a blast.  So I was super starving until my mom picked me up and took me to Costco.  That is where I got a berry smoothie and a churro for breakfast.(I know, super healthy breakfast) :P

PM- I felt really good on this run.  I didn't think it was too hot either, or maybe I am going insane, because everybody else was melting in this heat.  I getting in bad habits of not drinking water again.  I am going to die if I don't drink water when we do hard afternoon runs.  Weights were great.

I felt alright during the 1000s, but it was in between when I felt ucky.  My first was too fast, I got 3:58, 2nd I got 4:06, 3rd I got 4:07, 4th (the slowest/hardest one) I got 4:16, 5th I pushed myself the hardest so I got 4:06 again.  After the workout, I got super light headed.  Yesterday my head kinda felt weird the whole day too, I had a headache and I couldn't think straight at all.  The heat is getting to me.  I think the reason I felt light headed today, is because of how I felt yesterday.  I hope it doesn't get worse.  I prolly just need to drink more water.  Coach, should I skip today's afternoon run to see how I feel?

I ran with JP, Stoner, Mia, and Aubrey this morning.  I felt pretty good through out the whole workout, but I think I could have pushed more than I did.  The last 400 was my best mental one, therefore my best physical one.  Every single one (except the last one) I was about 10 seconds behind JP, Stoner, and Mia, but on the last 400 I was up with them.  That boosted my self esteem :).  I like doing the hard workouts in the morning.

PM-  Easy 3 to Green Springs.  Man!  It is hot hot hot!!  I figured out I did not drink enough water today.  I have got to do better.  School was fun.

PM- I felt really good on this 3 mile run.  It was toasty today!  But I drank more water :).  Striders were great too.  Jumps were awesome.

AM- I felt alright this morning, it's just that I am a little sore from yesterday (I think because of plyos).  I am super glad I did the 200's this morning instead of this afternoon.:)

I felt super tired and sore on this run.  I need to go to bed a little ealier than what I did last night.  It wasn't even that late, it was about 11 pm, but I guess I need to go to bed ealier than that.  And then Coach wanted me to say the line I said at XC camp in my skit.  I guess I will say it now, for you Coach.... (picture me in my Southern Accent)  After days and days of playing checkers, Kyler and Hobbes were the finalists.  I am going to stretch and roll out my legs tonight to get ready for the race... AHH!  I am super nervous to run Varsity!  But I guess I am ready for this.  It will be a good experience.

Well, I wouldn't call this my best race...  I was way nervous to run with the super fast people today.  Right when we first started I kinda had a little stomach ache because of how nervous I was.  I hope I can push myself harder next week.  But this was my first Varsity race, so I guess I did good.  Now that I know how it feels, I might be able to pace myself better.  I kept on settling!  I got to work on that.   I want to keep up with Mia next race, but I just got to think it in order to do it.  Overall, this race was alright.

AM-  I did pretty good on today's speed workout.  I stayed up with Mia 3 out of the 5 times! (which is more than usual, so I'm improving!)  I felt super great, until the 4th one...  That's when my stomach started to hurt.  That wasn't fun.  I think that was the hardest I pushed myself in a long time.  My stomach didn't stop hurting until 2nd period today.  I think this workout was the best one of the season, because I pushed myself harder than I usually do.  It was great!  Next time I will stay with Mia the whole time!:)

PM-  Super fun, relaxing 3 mile run.  This was probably the first run I actually had fun on.  We went to the Sanbergs (the 3 mile way)  It was super great!  All the girls stopped at the the pond and jumped in, except Coach, Kaelie, and I, we decided to keep on going.  On the way back from the pond, I saw jack rabbit!!  That was cool.  I loved today's afternoon run! Weights and stuff were nice, we got done before the boys even got back from their run.  I thought that was great. :D

AM- Easy 3, landed weird on my ankle... again!  (yesterday, on the way back from the pond I landed weird on my ankle, and it started hurting)  I told my mom about it, and she told me to get it wrapped.  So I did.

PM-  My ankle was hurting today for the time trial, so I prolly could have pushed harder than I did...  I need to keep up with Nicole and Mia.  Hopefully my ankle will be better by this weekend.  But atleast I got 4th, so that was cool. :) (p.s. I totally guessed what my time was... I just went off of Nicole's time :P)

AM- I went with JP, Mia, Kaelie, Aubrey, and Taylor on the run this morning.  It wasn't too bad of a run.  Plus, my ankle wasn't hurting too bad.  I found this gel stuff in my bathroom that's supposed to "stop the pain", so I used that .  I figured out it really works!  I think it works better than the tape, plus it's more comfortable.  So I am going to use that instead of the tape now.  I felt really good on this run, I kept up with JP and Mia through out the whole thing, that was good.  And it was completely pouring on us, that was a blast.  I love rain!

PM- Easy 3!  We decided to make up a 3 mile run.  That was really fun to shake it up a little.  We went the way we usually go for Arctic Circle, but when you get out of the neighborhood we went right unstead of going straight, and we went to Harts.  But we figured out that wasn't 3 miles, so we ran in some parking lots until we had enough milage.  That was fun.  Once again, we got rained on! :)

AM- 12 girls this morning!  We are so close to breaking the record!  Tomorrow tons of girls better show up, so we can break the record.  I felt really good on the morning run.  It was great.

PM- I love easy 3's in the afternoon!  I actually had fun on today's run!  I got tons of sticker buddies in my shoe. (I had like 6 or7 just in my right shoe!)  On the way back we did the "Pine View High School, how do you feel?"  cheer.  That was really fun. :)  My ankle started to hurt a little during plyos, but I'm not too worried.  I loved today's run!

AM- I went to morning practice @ 5:45 this morning so that I could run the Trilogy crew.  It was great.  Kaelie decided to come too.  It was a party and a half.  Susan turned around at the 2 mile point so that she could get ready (cuz she gets ready slow?).  It was great.  Kaelie and I were the only ones who did the 200s in that group.  They felt good.

PM- This run was tiring.  I just felt supah' tired (my legs and my brain).  But I was able to keep up, so that's good.  I am SO excited for the first team dinner of the season!  It's gonna be a party!! :)  We are staying up all night! (just kidding, coach)

I did pretty good for this race, that false start was dumb, though.  I felt strong the beginning and the end, middle not so sure if I pushed myself hard enough.  I just got to stop settling!  But atleast we beat Desert Hills! (I'm not typing the other word!)  Plus, I got a faster time than last week!  I'm excited that's the course that region's going to be!  Overall, good race. :)

AM- I felt really tired/sick this morning.  I think it's because I am dehydrated.  So I am going to drink more water.  But my times for these 1000's were faster than last times, so that means I am improving. :)

PM- Really nice easy 3!  We decided to make up our own 3 mile run.  It was really fun, we got to run through the Sandstone Elementry Playground. :)  And we ended up at Kaelie's house, so we took a little break to say hi to her family (plus we got a drink).   Weights and plyos were great.  I love ending before everyone else because the weights and stuff aren't taken up so we could get done faster.  Felt great for today's afternoon run. (this morning, not so much)  I love running! :D

AM- super nice easy 3 this morning.

PM- Man!! It is hot, hot, HOT!  I think I was dehydrated, because I about died on today's run.  And of course, Rachel chooses the run with the most sun! (we went on the shoe run)  This is why I say 'no' to everything that Rachel says! (just kidding)  I had no energy!  Striders were long.... well it felt longer than usual.  Hopefully tomorrow's run will be better.

AM- I really liked today's morning run... (well, I wouldn't say I liked it.... but it's one of the better workouts we've done)  I kept up with Mia for the 2 minutes, I felt pretty good about that.  On the 400's I kinda fell behind... but atleast I am improving. :)

PM- Easy 3.  We went to Hot Nails.  It was SO hot!  But going to that little river was super fun.  I think it's fun running as a team. *coagh, coagh, Coach!  Great run today.

AM- Nice easy 3.  We got 12 girls out, so we are almost going to brake the record!  Hopefully tomorrow, 2 more girls come!  Jake Parkinson decided to join us this morning, that was a blast.  He ran with us because he came after all the boys left.

PM- We went 3 out to Green Springs.  It was hot, once again...  Striders were nice.  I think the reason for my injuries were because of my shoes, so I switched back to my older ones, and I don't hurt!  It's a mircale!  Weights and plyos were great.  It's finally Friday tomorrow!!!  I can't wait for the Run-a-thon!!!!!!!!  Woo hoo! :D

AM- Easy 3 with 4 200's.

PM- Run-a-thon!  It was a blast!  I was an A so I ran first in my group.  It was toasty on the track!  I ran the workout part of the run with Taylor during the football game.  That was a fun experience.
