AM- I really liked today's morning run... (well, I wouldn't say I liked it.... but it's one of the better workouts we've done)  I kept up with Mia for the 2 minutes, I felt pretty good about that.  On the 400's I kinda fell behind... but atleast I am improving. :)

PM- Easy 3.  We went to Hot Nails.  It was SO hot!  But going to that little river was super fun.  I think it's fun running as a team. *coagh, coagh, Coach!  Great run today.

Tomorrow, we should work on running as a team. Maybe we will have to slow down for the other girls to catch up. (I know that's hard for you Coach Roberts, but that's just one of the pains you have to go through to make other people feel better)
