AM- I really liked this workout.  I felt really good during the 1 mile repeats.  They were great. :)  200's were alright, I just need to learn to run on my toes!

PM- Easy 3!  Kaelie and I had a great time running by OURSELVES! (coach!)  Hill sprints and 100's were the best, like always.  It was supa' hot today, hopefully it gets cooler soon.  Anyway, figured out my battle wound on my knee is infected, so I put some hydrogen peroxide on it.  Man!  It hurt like a mutha cussa! :P

AM- Easy 3 with striders.  We did striders in between the Baseball and Softball fields.  It was so cold!

PM- Easy 3.  We went on the run the tiger attacked me on.  It was fun.  I was able to lead the pack until the very last stretch of the run.  I felt supa' great!  Prolly.... :D (That was for you, coach)

AM- Easy 3.  Did a freshman race with Rachel and won. :)

PM- I felt great!  Except for the fact I couldn't breath and I felt light headed.  The 2nd mile repeat was the best!!!  I kept up with the top 3 girls!!!!!!  I am supER excited!!  (you're welcome, Roberts)  And on all the rest I wasn't too far behind.  After the workout, I was light headed, shaking, and I couldn't breath... so I didn't do the cool down.  I think I would have passed out on the cool down.  I had to lay down on the ground for a little bit and I had to get help to get to my brother's car.  Today's workout was the best!  I wish I knew I had that much in me in the past races!

Taylor and I did the run before any of the runners passed our aid station.  But they did pass us during our run.  That was pretty cool to see.  Taylor and I ate 3 donuts and drank a cup of chocolate milk right before our run.  I wanted to barf.  The fartleks seemed like a good solid pace.  We sped up like a mile before we ended.  My legs felt great, but my stomach didn't feel so awesome.  Atleast I didn't pass out. :)

PM- REGIONS!!!!! I love this course! My legs felt tired the whole time, hopefully I didn't show that when I was racing. :) After my race, my leg hurt so bad!! It's felt that way since Herriman... So Nicole was massaging it on the bus. It hurt.... I wanted to cry. :)

PM- Easy (?) 4 out to Green Springs.  Ran with the boys for a little bit of it.  Felt really good today.  My leg hurts like none other...  I think Nicole bruised my leg when she was massaging it.... :P

PM- This workout was awesome!  I felt really good, except the whole time my thigh was hurting....  I need to roll and ice like crazy!  My thigh has been hurting ever since Herriman!  Atleast it's not getting worse...  I loved today's workout!  Running in the rain is the best! :D

AM- Easy 3!  Super fun! :)

PM-  This was a nice run... my leg still has a huge knot....  It hurt while doing the wave hills.  I hope it gets better by state.  Felt great!  Went to Megan's house after and had a party! :)  

( I wish I knew the real milage.... I just went off of what JP said, I know she doesn't know either!!  Cough, cough, COACH!)

Woke up this morning and ran with Kaelie at 7:30.  I hope we were supposed to run 5, because that's how far we ran.  We rolled each other out after.  It hurt so bad!  I never knew my calves were so tight!  Super fun!  I love running with Kaelie! :)

I kinda guessed on the milage.  I added it all up and it said we only ran 2.5 miles... so I decided to make it sound a little better. :)  The 200 things were fun.  My group was totally great!  Getting a little nervous for State. :/

I really loved this course!  My favorite part was the big hill.  That's when I passed a lot of girls!  I felt great!  The only part that girls passed me was at the end...  I need to work on that.  But overall, this race was awesome!  I like racing at State way more than cheering at State.  I'm glad we had so many cheerers, because I know I couldn't have gotten the time I got without them. :)  I love our team!  We are the best!

I thought today was just going to be an easy 3... Nope!  We had to do Sunrise hills!  My legs felt like jello!!  My first one was alright, but than the it all went down-hill from there.  But on the very last hill we did, coach started to push me, and that reminded me that I can go fast!  So I pushed it super hard on the last part.. (thanks, Coach!)  Now I know I have so much more in me than I think...

AM- easy 3.

PM- We went out to green springs.  I felt great on the way there.. just on the way back is when I started getting tired.  So I ran with Aubrey.  It was super fun!  But when we were almost back to the high school, I landed on my foot weird, and sprained my ankle!  Why do I do this to myself?  So we walked for about 100 meters and ran/limped the rest of the way back.  I love running! :)

PM-  Today's run was way nice and relaxing...  I don't remember the last time I've ran that slow.  It was great!  I ran with Maquel.  My ankle is feeling better, but it's not completely healed.  Striders were alright.  But atleast they go by fast.  I love running! :D

AM- Easy 3.  It is getting SO cold!  I could bearly move my legs!

PM- I am so happy that we don't have a michigan.  Those stress me out a lot...  This workout was alright.  I got to run with Coach Roberts.  That's always fun. :)  He pushes me a ton.  My goal is to stay up with him (or maybe even pass him) in every workout we have.  I ran the cool down with Taylor B.  On way to Harts, a lady in her car stopped by us and asked us if we knew where the movie theater was... good thing Taylor was there, cuz I had no idea! :)

This run was SO fun!  I ran with Megan Finch, Aubrey, and Taylor B.  I was so excited to hear that Megan was racing Varsity next weekend!!!  It's gonna be a blast and a half! :)  We ran to the hospital and up foremaster.  It was great!  We saw Megan Frodsham driving in her car.  She stopped and said hi.  That was prolly the highlight of my run.  We had lots of bonding time.  We had to run through construction.  That was scary....  We had to walk a little bit to get out of there safely.  But today's run was overall way fun!

Okay, I know the run was supposed to be 7 miles... but I got up at 6:30 to go run, because I had to go somewhere like at 9 something.  So go outside and start running.  Since it's so dark, I start seeing things in the bushes that I am running by... Then I start to panic... My mom calls me on my phone, and asks if I am alright.  And I said, no.  So she came and picked me up on my run...  That is why I didn't run 7 miles.  At least I ran.... that's better than nothing. :)

Well, today during the workout I wasn't all there.  I let my mind take over my body.  So whenever my mind said that I hurt, I would slow down..... that wasn't a great idea.  Plus I was super dehydrated.... :P My very last 1000 was my worst one..... my time was like 4:08....  but my other 3 I guess were alright.  I just got to push harder and enter the next level of pain...

AM- Easy 3..... I don't know what to do!!!  It's not cold enough to wear a sweatshirt, but it's freezing without one!!!!  Some crazy maniac was hiding in the bushes and attacked us.... It was intense!

PM- We went out to Green Springs.  This run was super great...  We had a little war with berries and we became little weed aliens... (we stuck peices of these grass things in our hair)  It was a really fun run! :)  Striders went by fast, that's always good!

AM- Michigan..... These are my favorite...  :P  They stress me out so bad!!!  Sometimes, more than races!  I don't even know why!  I wish I stayed up with Kaelie..... It's just every time I ran up the hill I would fall behind and I would let the gap get wider.  My time was around 31 something... I think.  I didn't pay attention to the clock when I finished.  But I hit B standard again! :)

PM- Easy 3!!!!  I love easy runs!  I ran with Maquel and Maskerum... How do you even spell her name?!  It was SO fun!  Running on the grass made my legs way tired super fast.... But it's a blast to run without shoes! :)  I love running!  Because..... I'm Batman.
