I got 12th place in regions last year.  This year I got 3rd place and was the first PV girl.  I got "B" standard laces for Michigans!! :)

I decided to sleep in until 9 this morning, it was supa' nice.  The weather wasn't even that hot this morning, in fact it was perfect.  My legs are still hurting, but not as bad as yesterday.  My last mile I felt like a did a pretty good pace, it was 8:33 minute pace.  But all the other ones were like 11 minute pace.  Overall, this was a nice run.
