Man, today's run was hard....  But I kept up with the group this time, but about died.  Going down the other side of the hill was just as difficult as going up the other side (the one we did the workout on).  That grass is SUPER thick!  I could bearly move my feet.  I guess that means I have to lift my knees more.  Well, I love running! :D
