Today's run was way better than yesterday's!  I think it's because I drank more water yesterday.  Drinking water really makes a difference!  But I still think I am no drinking enough.  But after running the 4 miles, my hip started to hurt... not a sideache though.... It just hurts.  Then after striders, it hurt even more.  But now, I can bearly walk.  I am limping so bad.  What can I do to help it feel better?

Remind coach and I tomorrow and we'll talk to you about it. Also, for today ice and some ibuprofen.

I took some ibuprofen and I iced it a little. It seems like it's getting better. Hopefully it fully heals by tomorrow morning.
