I got 12th place in regions last year.  This year I got 3rd place and was the first PV girl.  I got "B" standard laces for Michigans!! :)

AM-  Easy 3 with striders.  About froze our feet off running on the baseball field. :)

PM- Easy 3.  Coach tricked me into doing one more eight hundred (we did the warm-up lap) That better make me a better runner, or I am going to beat up Coach.... (I'm kidding, Roberts....)
