Well, this run was supa' great.  Thank you coach for not killing Taylor and me today!  Taylor and I did really strong intervals, I felt way great while running fast.  I loved today's run!

 I did a morning run!

Wow.. That was the greatest run ever.  I actually got to run with Kaelie G. again!  It was super great! :D  I hurt a little from yesterday, again, not because I am sore, it's right under my hip that is hurting.  Running with my buddy Kaelie again is the best thing ever!

Morning run, woo hoo!

I felt great on this run today, my hip doesn't hurt any more!  That's good news for the race tomorrow!  The 4 200's were fast and awesome! :D

Arctic Circle runs are the best!

This wasn't my best race, well at least this didn't feel like my best race.  I don't remember what time I got last time.  Next time I rant the 2 mile I will sub 13.  Man, it was super hot!  I am not used to running the 2 mile in that extreme of heat!  I can't wait to run the 1 mile next week!
