Super nice run.  I love how we can breath now.  We all met up at the High School at 7 this morning.  I ran with Megan and Aubrey.  We went to the Washington Fiealds church.  (by my house).  We did the tempo in the middle, so we didn't have to do it up the 2 hills at the end.  I loved today's run!  It's for sure hotter down here in St. G.

I got up at 7 this morning.  The weather was just warming up, but it wasn't too hot.  I kept a good pace, well I think it was a good pace (10 minute pace).  I know it's slow, but I take easy runs seriously.  I saw Maquel and her mom on a run this morning too.  That was awesome that we decided to take on the same run.  I hope everybody else did their Saturday run, so that they can go to Heaven. :)
