Ok... Today's run seemed a little harder than the 5 last week.  It was SO hot!  Kaelie and I were going to die!  When we were almost done with that hill, we started to speed up, because, we were just super excited.  But that made me so super tired... so we took it easy for a little bit of the run.  Kaelie and I ran with Taylor Monett. (Is that how you spell is last name?)  Anyway... He is a way good runner, I mean if he kept up with me and Kaelie, he has to be fast!  I need to drink more water....  expecially since it's going to get hotter and hotter.  I love summer practice! :D

It was a super nice run.  Kaelie and I stayed up with Coach Roberts, Rachel, and Kaylee the whole time!  Rachel didn't have to "tie" her shoes this time! :)  It was hard, but we did it!  Coach forgot to time our first dirt mile, but the second one we got 8:18 ( I really don't know... but it was 8 something...)  I love kids club, it's the greatest!

I didn't feel that great today..... I kinda' had a headache and a stomachache.  But when we passed Erin, that's when I fell behind the most.  But she said to keep on going, so I began to think that I shouldn't be falling behind.  And I pushed myself to catch up to the girls, and I did!  It was awesome, but supah' hard.  I think I'm just way dehydrated.  I need to drink more water.  Thanks Erin!  (sorry if I spelled your name wrong)

Today's run was way better than yesterday's!  I think it's because I drank more water yesterday.  Drinking water really makes a difference!  But I still think I am no drinking enough.  But after running the 4 miles, my hip started to hurt... not a sideache though.... It just hurts.  Then after striders, it hurt even more.  But now, I can bearly walk.  I am limping so bad.  What can I do to help it feel better?

Before I ran today, my hip didn't hurt at all... but right when I started running, it began to hurt again.  Then it started to go away near the end of the run.  Now the pain starting to come back again.  I am going to stretch like crazy.  It was a super nice run.  I about broke my ankle 15+ times.  That was a party.  Coach Roberts was running with Stoner and Mia, but then he decided to be nice and wait for Aubrey and me.  Aubrey is really improving so much!  It was super nice weather today.  But I still need to drink more water.  I need to work on that...  Yeah!  Tomorrow is only 4 miles!
